North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame

The North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame is located the the gateway to the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, in Medora. It is the interpretive center for history about rodeos, ranching, Native Americans, and the lifestyle of the west. The culture of the "Great American West' will be saved here for all our grand kids and great-grand kids and beyond to enjoy in the years to come.

In 1884 Teddy Roosevelt began ranching here, near the site of the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame. This is where he would learn and observe, he earned respect of the cowboys, and built his character, that would lead him to the Whitehouse, someday. So when you're traveling through the Badlands, don't forget to stop at the North Dakota Cowboy Hall of Fame, you will be glad you did.
