It was a very controversial subject at the time, but now I think for the most part, people are very pleased in the direction NDSU is going. It was a long thought out process, but they came to the conclusion it was time to move up to Division I. North Dakota has produced many professional sports people through out the years.Along with these two fine universities, we have several more smaller colleges and universities.
