Relief At The Pump?
It's to early to say for sure but the last 10 days or so we have been blessed with lower gas prices. The middle of July we had been at our highest price for gas, which was $4.09.9.
Now here we are coming up on August and we are now paying $3.79.9. I hear things and listen to different media sources and the buzz is maybe down another 25 cents a gallon by Labor Day. This would be great.
I'm not going to hold my breath or anything but it sure feels good to have gas below 4 bucks a gallon. The mention of a hurricane headed towards oil rigs, in the Gulf Coast, and watch the price skyrocket! We just have to ride it out and hope everything mellows out and prices continue to fall. |
